The following courses are usually specifically tailored to the needs of your business and are only part of the work undertaken by our team of trainers. Whilst we specialise in courses for commerce and industry we have a wealth of experience in running courses for Youth Groups and private individuals who wish to develop their interpersonal skills.

Initial Sales Skills
A series of two to five day courses designed to give instruction, to new salespeople, in basic selling skills and techniques. Audio and video role-play sessions facilitate learning and the practical use of skills. Course certificates are awarded to those who reach the required standards.

Telephone Skills
A series of one day modules designed to help anyone to obtain a better understanding of using the telephone to its best advantage.

A two/three day course aimed at providing more experienced salespeople with a clearer understanding of buyers’motives and the science of people behaviour.

It outlines the WIN/WIN concept of professional salesmanship to enhance customer care and quality objectives.

Advanced Sales Techniques
This one or two day course, aimed at first line management and sales personnel involved in long term negotiations, introduces a detailed prospect analysis system and illustrates how it helps to evaluate potential business.
